ERIE, PA — Senator Dan Laughlin (R-49) announced today that 18 projects across Erie County have been awarded a combined $5,109,357 through the Commonwealth’s Local Share Account (LSA) program, funding upgrades to municipal buildings, public safety equipment, water and sewer infrastructure, and heavy machinery for townships and boroughs throughout the district.
“These investments go directly toward the everyday needs of our communities — safer roads, dependable water systems, and the equipment our first responders and public works crews rely on,” Laughlin said. “I’m proud to have supported these projects and grateful for the work of our township supervisors, municipal staff, and first responders who put this funding to good use.”
The LSA program directs gaming revenue back to local governments and organizations for public infrastructure, equipment, and community improvement projects.
